Standard-Sized Auto Parts

Most standard-sized automotive parts are shipped through DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its delivery progress.

Freight Shipping for Large or Oversized Parts

Large, heavy, or oversized automotive parts that cannot be shipped through standard parcel services will be delivered through a freight carrier.

Examples of items that may require freight shipping include:

• Engines and transmissions
  

• Doors, hoods, and trunk lids

• Bumpers and other oversized body parts

• Other large or heavy automotive components

Commercial Address Requirement

Freight orders should be delivered to a commercial or business address that is properly equipped to receive large shipments. The delivery location should have one or more of the following:

• A loading dock

• Forklift access

• Suitable equipment or staff to unload the shipment

Providing a suitable commercial delivery address helps prevent delays and additional carrier charges.

Residential Freight Delivery

Residential freight delivery may be available upon request. If you need a large or oversized item delivered to a residential address, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a customized freight shipping quote.

Residential deliveries may require additional arrangements and are generally more expensive than delivery to a commercial location.

Liftgate Service

If the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift, liftgate service may be required to lower the shipment from the freight truck.

Please note that additional charges may apply for:

We recommend informing us of any special delivery needs before placing your order so that we can provide an accurate shipping quote and avoid unexpected delays or charges.

Inspecting Freight Deliveries

Please inspect all freight shipments carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or item, make sure the damage is noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the shipment. We also recommend taking clear photographs of any visible damage.
