Return Policy

At Xact Auto Parts, we want you to shop with confidence. New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

• The product must not have been assembled, altered, modified, painted, damaged, or installed.

• All original labels, accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included.

• Proof of purchase from Xact Auto Parts is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or special-order products

• Painted or modified auto parts

• Opened or installed electrical components

• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a return request through the Xact Auto Parts Returns Center or contact our customer service team.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

3. Securely package the item and ship it back using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.

4. After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Shipping Fees

If the return is due to an error by Xact Auto Parts, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

For returns that are not caused by our error:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Any applicable shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
